Appointment & Service Policies:

To ensure a calm and relaxing experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment without children or pets.

Cancellations & No-Shows:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you cannot attend your appointment. No-shows or late arrivals will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Our cancellation policy is strict and applies to all circumstances — no exceptions.

Patch Tests:
Patch tests are required at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If a patch test is not booked, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
If your last treatment was more than 6 months ago, a new patch test will also be required.

Payments:
Card payments are accepted, but cash is preferred as we are a small business.
